As a result, mixing the research approaches helped to provide robust and reliable results through allowing each method to complement the weakness of the other.
Descriptive research design supported the collection and analysis of the data both in qualitative and quantitative systems. Both probability and non-probability sampling approaches were used to support the research. Some of the elements that are directly linked to the improvement of the corporate performance include open communication, agile working system, and proper work-life balance and rewards systems.
