The study aims to highlight the differences between restaurant and hotel sustainable development in Finland and Viet Nam, and its main objective is to identify the main drivers of sustainable development as well as offer suggestions to Vietnamese businesses to be better at sustainable development.
The study uses 2 case companies, representing 2 success stories of sustainable development in the Finnish hotel and restaurant industry as well as an interview of 5 Vietnamese hotel and restaurant owners to draw up conclusions about how Vietnamese businesses can learn from their Finnish counterparts.
