With the significant increase in social media speed, business is now aware of applying social media in developing business, especially in supporting the understanding of e-consumer behaviours.
E-consumer behaviours are a vital part of developing business, so understanding it is always put on top. Because of convenience, consumers tend to buy goods on social media platforms more than ever. Furthermore, buying goods on social media has changed consumer behaviours.
By using a questionnaire to gather data from Vietnamese consumers, the result has been analysed to contribute to addressing the primary purpose of this research. This research has concentrated on figuring out how social media assist business in understanding e-consumer behaviours regarding customer engagement and customer experience approaches. Moreover, this study has provided some further suggestions for business and the following works of literature.
