The thesis here is concerned with establishing a Bangladeshi restaurant in the city of Lappeenranta, situated in Finland. The paper was intended with strong formulations based on different queries and knowledge sourced from different roots, upholding ideas of business, original analysis and thoughts of the business environment, competitors and facts. The author of the paper is determined to build a unique restaurant business in the city of Lappeenranta with different flavours of Bangladeshi food and spices that will enrich the business.
In establishing this Bangladeshi restaurant in Lappeenranta, the author aims to bring forth the Bangladeshi food culture and its unique and traditional kitchen marketing plans. Within the empirical part, a Bangladeshi restaurant will be created by implementing the regional accessories, tools, decors, utensils, etc. as part of the business plan.
As for the theoretical part, the thesis used both qualitative and quantitative research methods to achieve the most fruitful result to establish this Bangladeshi restaurant. The research took active actions such as surveys with the local people to find out the pros and cons of establishing this Bangladeshi restaurant and its feasibility. Customer interest and motivation were analysed and evaluated to generate the success possibility of this restaurant.
