This thesis was written to research the Moroccan market in order to determine the actions so as to set up a successful strategy to explore this market by the AMDIE (Moroccan Agency for the Development of Investments and Exports).
The thesis objectives were to describe the concept of market entry and market entry modes to explore internal and external factors affecting the entry mode decision and to get familiar with promotional activities such as trade exhibitions and to analyse the Moroccan market as a target market. The research methods used for this thesis were a combination of secondary data such as books, e-books, websites, press articles and industry publications in order to analyse the current situation of AMDIE.
