Tiivistelmä
Opinnäytetyön tavoitteena oli tuottaa perehdytysmateriaalia työ- ja päivätoiminnan henkilökunnalle Sylvia-kodin Green Care -hankkeen edistämiseksi. Materiaalia tullaan käyttämään henkilökunnan perehdyttämiseksi Green Care -toimintamalliin hankkeen käynnistämisvaiheessa.
Opinnäytetyön toimeksiantajana on Sylvia-koti yhdistys, joka on Lahdessa, Hollolassa ja Orimattilassa toimiva asumis-, päivä-, työ-, lastensuojelu- ja koulutoimintaa kehitysvammaisille tuottava kolmannen sektorin toimija.
Tarkoituksena oli tuottaa opaskirja, jonka avulla voi perehtyä Green Care -toimintamalliin ja jonka avulla työntekijät voivat halutessaan kerrata perusasioita. Se auttaa saavuttamaan yhtenäisen toimintatavan ja tukee uuden innovaation vakiinnuttamisessa sekä toimii myös uusien työntekijöiden perehdyttämisen tukena.
Opinnäytetyö toteutettiin toiminnallisena projektina kehittämistyön lineaarisen mallin mukaan. Työn pohjaksi kerättiin riittävä ja laadukas tietoperusta. Sen pohjalta sekä benchmarking-menetelmää käyttäen luotiin kohderyhmän tarpeita vastaava tuotos.
Tuotos on yhdistyksen toimipisteiden kirjallinen materiaali; Green Care -opaskirja, johon työntekijät voivat halutessaan palata ja kerrata perusasioita. Se auttaa saavuttamaan yhtenäisen toimintatavan ja tukee uuden innovaation vakiinnuttamisessa sekä toimii myös uusien työntekijöiden perehdyttämisen tukena. The aim of the thesis was to produce orientation material for the work and day activities staff of Sylvia-koti association. The material is part of the Green Care project of Sylvia-koti. The material will be used to introduce the staff to the Green Care operating method during the project launch phase.
The client organisation for the thesis is Sylvia-koti association, which is a third sector operator in Lahti, Hollola and Orimattila region providing housing, day care, work, child protection and school activities for people with developmental disabilities.
The purpose was to produce a guidebook that can be used to introduce the staff to the Green Care operating method. With the help of the guide employees can revise basic things if necessary. The guide helps to achieve a uniform operating method and supports the establishment of this new innovation. The guide is also used in the orientation of new employees.
The thesis was implemented as a functional project according to the linear model of development work. A sufficiently large and high-quality knowledge base was collected as the basis of the work. Based on the knowledge base and using the benchmarking method, a guidebook was created that met the needs of the target group.
The output of the thesis is written material for the operational units of Sylvia-koti association. It is the Green Care handbook, which employees can refer to if necessary and revise the basics. It helps to achieve a uniform operating method and supports the establishment of a new innovation and also supports the orientation of new employees.
