Tiivistelmä
This thesis aimed to investigate whether or not it would be possible to launch a company that provides live streaming of online educational content. The research's goal is to assess market demand. These consumers are most likely to be interested in the product or service, the nature of the competition, and the marketing strategy and operational plan for such a company. This study used a mix of primary and secondary research in its approach. Some examples of primary research include questionnaires, interviews, and the examination of reports and publications from the relevant industry. According to the survey results, online education is becoming increasingly popular, which is significant given the COVID-19 pandemic. Education delivered via live streaming has several benefits, including a broad reach, cost-effectiveness, and flexibility. However, there are obstacles to overcome, such as technological problems, restricted engagement, and competitiveness. These may be difficult to deal with. According to the research findings, launching an online education company that uses live streaming as its primary delivery mode can be a commercially sustainable and lucrative endeavor, provided the company has a marketing strategy and an operational plan. The report offers tips to entrepreneurs and insights into essential success criteria that may help them establish and expand their online education company.
