In most firms and institutions, the necessity for and use of management information systems have grown over time, becoming an essential component of organizational operations in Visma Company, Finland. It is critical to emphasize that during the past ten years, not just to private enterprises and groups, but also governmental institutions and individuals, have dramatically increased their usage of information technology. The many new technologies, such as those in telecommunications such as globalization, the Internet, which created the world's largest market, the enormous growth of the knowledge economy, and the sudden emergence of aggressive digital firms, have all led to greater use and incorporation of information systems.
This study's main objective was to assess how well information systems for management contributed to better service delivery by staff in Visma, Finland. The study’s specific objectives were to investigate the need and the parts of the management information systems in Visma, Finland. Other goals included investigating how information systems for management could be adopted to enhance employee service delivery, assessing how well information systems for management generally support organizational decision-making, and successfully identifying the barriers to acceptance and execution of information systems for management.
This study explored the theory of management information systems for the theoretical framework. The empirical review explored how the MIS has improved service delivery among the employees, especially in helping reduce the paperwork. The researcher conducted a systematic review of the recently published journals on the topic and derived a conclusion that accurately depicts the role played by MIS in our organizations to help improve service delivery among employees.
