Tiivistelmä
Opinnäytetyössä kartoitettiin ja suositeltiin kohdeyritykselle uusi, moderni toiminnanohjausjärjestelmä. Uusi toiminnanohjausjärjestelmä tulee tarpeeseen koska vanhan toiminnanohjausjärjestelmän on koettu olevan kömpelö siirryttäessä 2020-luvulle.
Toiminnanohjausjärjestelmän suosittelu tapahtui vertailemalla neljää eri järjestelmää, ominaisuustaulukon avulla. Ominaisuustaulukon arvostelut perustuivat eri ohjelmistoyrityksiltä saatuihin tietoihin.
Opinnäytetyössä päädyttiin kahteen suositeltuun järjestelmään, niiden täyttäessä kaikki yrityksen asettamat vaatimukset. Opinnäytetyön tuloksista voi päätellä sen, että kyseiselle toimialalle on erilaisia kohdennettuja järjestelmiä mutta järjestelmien perustoiminnot eivät juuri eroa toisistaan. Osa toimialalle suunnatuista järjestelmistä ei kuitenkaan tarjoa kohdeyrityksen liiketoimintamalliin sopivia erikoistoimintoja. In this thesis, a new, modern ERP-system was researched and recommended for the target company. A new ERP-system is needed because the old ERP-system has been perceived to be clumsy when moving to the 2020s.
The recommendation of the ERP-system took place by comparing four different systems, with the help of a feature table. The feature table reviews were based on information received from different software companies.
The thesis resulted in two recommended systems, as they meet all the requirements set by the company. From the results of the thesis, it can be concluded that there are different targeted systems for industry in question, but the basic functions of the system do not differ much from each other. However, some of the systems aimed at the industry in question does not offer special functions suitable for the target company's business model.
