Hallitustoiminnan perehdytyskansio : case: ReLa – Lahden Restonomiopiskelijat ry

Abstract

Toiminnallisessa opinnäytetyössä tuotettiin toimeksiantaja ReLa – Lahden Restonomiopiskelijat ry:lle hallituksen perehdytyskansio. Tuotoksen tarkoituksena on luoda parempaa pohjaa hallituksen perehdytykselle.

Ensimmäisenä kansion tekoa varten tutkittiin ja vertailtiin aiemmin tehtyjä perehdytyskansioita, ja havainnollistettiin toimeksiantajalle tulevan tuotoksen rakennetta. Tämän jälkeen suoritettiin tutkimuskysely yhdistyksen hallituksen jäsenille, jonka avulla kartoitettiin sen tarpeellisuutta ja sisältöä. Vastauksista selvisi aihealueiden tärkeydet, joita korostettiin kansiota luodessa. Loppuvaiheessa haastateltiin toimeksiantajaa kansion sisällöstä ja siihen tehtiin tarvittavia muutoksia toimeksiantajan pyynnöstä. Lopullisen kansion toimeksiantaja sai käyttöönsä kesästä 2023.

Teoria osuudessa tutkittiin sekä yhdistystoimintaa Suomessa että perehdyttämistä, prosessia sen ympärillä ja perehdytystä toimeksiantajan näkökulmasta.

In the practice-based thesis, an orientation folder was produced for the client ReLa – Lahden Restonomiopiskelijat ry. The purpose of the product was to create a better basis and structure for the orientations of the board.

First, to create the folder, other orientation folders were examined and compared after which the structure was then presented to the client. After this, a research survey was conducted for the members of the board, which gave information about its necessity and possible contents. The answers given revealed the importance of the subjects, which were emphasized when creating the folder. In the final phase, the client was in-terviewed about the contents of the folder and necessary changes were made on be-half of the client’s request. The client received the final version of the folder summer 2023.

In the theory part, both associations in Finland and orientation, the process around it and orientation from the client's point of view were studied.
