Tiivistelmä
This thesis explores the impact of Salesforce integration in an existing recruitment system at Fluido and identifies areas of improvement in the system at Fluido. The research type is qualitative, with interviews conducted with the recruitment team at Fluido. The results of this study will provide insights into the benefits of having Salesforce in a recruitment system and can inform other organizations considering
a similar integration.
