Tiivistelmä
The thesis is conducted as one practical project for Sunrob Robotics Inc. The project initiates from a demand of the company customer, who would like to take into consideration the exploitation of Fusion360 modelling software and RoboDK simulation application.
During constant research and practice, the thesis must solve two main objectives. The first is from Fusion360, to complete a guide on how to prepare the modelling and set up factors for the machining toolpath, including managing the exporting task to ensure the file can be later use for simulation or different purposes.
RoboDK deployment is the second target. Knowing how to initiate with the software, then constructing and examining the simulation is compulsory, particularly with the machining process via the toolpath acquired from Fusion360. After that, the program generated for actual use must also be inspected, before eventually assessing possible developments in coming phases of the project as well as future application.
