The study was generated to identify the key factors for developing a business plan for a retreat model in Da Lat and operating it successfully in the future. The project also examined the hospitality industry in Vietnam and how to write a successful business plan for various fields. The main objective of this study is to create a thorough business plan that can be used as an instruction for the next five years. The reason for selecting this topic was the potential for hospitality development in Vietnam, specifically in Da Lat, which is an ideal spot for retreat, along with the author’s experience gained during volunteering in this city.
To effectively assemble this study, academic literature, digital resources, qualitative and quantitative research were applied. A questionnaire was created for potential customers of this concept to analyse the market and investigate the customer segment.
The project involved all the crucial factors of a business plan, including marketing strategies, value propositions, financial information, and a brief overview of staff planning, in addition to a detailed description of the business concept, product, customer segmentation, and PESTEL analysis.
The outcome of this project is a business plan for a retreat model in the central highlands of Vietnam that can serve as a helpful document for entrepreneurships.
