Sillan välitukien manttelointi teräksellä : työohje

Abstract

Tämä opinnäytetyö käsittelee sillankorjausurakassa sillan välitukipilarien teräs manttelointia. Opinnäytetyö pohjautuu Destia Oy:n UUD1 2022-2023 urakan sillan peruskorjauskohteeseen. Kohteena oli Stormoran Risteyssilta Inkoossa. Manttelointi on työtapa siltojen peruskorjauskohteissa, joissa välitukipilareiden kloridipitoisuudet ovat normaalia korkeammat tai välitukipilarit kokevat normaalia kovempaa rasitusta liikenteen ja aurauksen takia. Työohjeistusta tähän menetelmään on hyvin rajallinen määrä, joten työohjeen idea oli tuoda lisää tietoutta teräsmantteloinnista.

This thesis deals with the steel jacketing of intermediate support columns in a bridge repair project. The thesis is based on the Stormoran Intersection Bridge in Inkoo, which is part of the Destia Ltd UUD1 2022-2023 contract for bridge refurbishment. Column jacketing is a method used in bridge repair projects where the chloride levels in the intermediate support columns are higher than normal or the column experience increased stress due to traffic and snow-plowing. There is limited guidance available for this method, so the aim of the work instruction was to provide more knowledge about steel jacketing.
