The objective of the thesis was to define the cause of decreasing sales in Polish company Edica Ltd and to propose new solutions which would contribute to the development in the international environment. The aim was to improve future situation in the company Edica Ltd by gathering information about international marketing and analysing markets in which the company can easily enter by conducting detailed market researches and consumer behaviour analysis. The thesis was aimed to find international publishers from Europe and cooperate with them in order to increase the sales of books and calendars of the company Edica Ltd and its position on the printing market.
The theoretical framework of the thesis focused on the description of international marketing as well as about customer relationship management and consumer buying behavior in different situations. In addition a detailed analysis of the company supported with data was presented. Market researches and analysis concerning international printing entrepreneurs were conducted in order to gather information about the current situation.
The presented solutions should be implemented into Edica Ltd in order to make it more international and increase the annual sales of books and calendars. The company can freely use the data and information about European publishers so as to cooperate and gain new customers.
