Tiivistelmä
The main purpose of this thesis was to produce an advising guide for My Beautiful Tailor company (MBT). The reason for this report meant to provide a support for the head manager of MBT in the form of a guide for the managing and motivating employees. The company is very new in its field of business and this kind of supportive guide would be useful. There are uncountable reasons to keep employees happy and motivated during their careers.
The theoretical part of this thesis consists of different theories of motivations, definitions and also developments are discussed along with theories.
Managers will receive a general support which would be useful in recruiting new members. Furthermore, with this guide the structure of MBT could keep members motivated all along their careers.
Virtually this thesis is pragmatic and it is possible to be used in all kinds of businesses which are in the clothing industry. As a part of the confirmation on the topic, there are two interviews from the present employees of the company, in December 2013 and February 2014 which have been included. This only to obtain more sentiment on how happy and satisfied the members of MBT were. Regarding the result from both interviews, it has been discussed with Atiq Sultani the owner of MBT to obtain his opinion about new ideas and improvements.
The intention of this material, a supportive guide, is to be used by summer 2014.
