The aim of this thesis was to implement a server networking systems that will enhance communication that was efficient and reliable within an enterprise. An enterprise portal can be described as a framework for integrating information, people and processes across organizational boundaries.
The portals are the access to technology that collect numerous raw information distributed across the internet. This research mainly focuses on combining and implementing numerous versions of Microsoft servers such as Microsoft Exchange Servers, Office Communication Servers, Microsoft Office SharePoint Portal Servers, SQL Servers, System Centre Configuration Servers, Operation Managers and Microsoft Forefront TMG so as to provide corporate solutions to enterprises.
The portal provides an easier way to communicate thus providing solutions, improving efficiencies and reducing operational cost in the developing countries. The portal system is meant to increase productivity through multiple interactions as well as increased use of automation.
