Tourism industry is a mass industry. People travel and they are travelling every day for different purposes such as leisure travel, business travel, study travel and holidays. When they travel they want to travel in a healthy and green environment. Nobody wants to travel in a harmful or polluted environment, which has a bad environmental impact. The aim of the thesis is to display the importance of ecotourism in Pashupatinath site.
The aim of the research is to display the essential role of ecotourism in the site Pashupatinah. The research is about the tourism and environment of the country Nepal and its importance for the tourism industry. The thesis focuses on the subject how in spite of a good nature and tourism development possibilities, the place is being polluted and its bad impact on the environment and tourism. The main objectives are to find out about the current perceptions of ecotourism in the Pashupatinath area and the possible development in the region.
The first person to benefit from this thesis is the author himself as he will study and learn new objectives, which are related to green environment and sustainable development of green tourism industry. On the other hand, organizations and companies within the tourism industry may use this thesis to get an overview of what they can change to make sustainable development of ecotourism in the tourism industry.
