The purpose of this thesis was to research the overview of cloud computing, mostly about Office 365. This thesis serves as a guide to introducing office 365 to enterprises and educational institutions. The topics researched include services, benefits, security issues, implementation model of cloud computing and Office 365 use in Centria.
Office 365 is researched in detail and presented in a brief manner. This thesis has also an implementation model case of Office 365 usage in Centria. This thesis has been written considering the non-technical users and providingv useful information of topics of importance when it comes to Office 365 as cloud computing. Different architectures, identity management, security issues, benefits and implementation plans have been discussed briefly and concisely.
