Tiivistelmä
Th is thesis describes and analyses the Impact of Distribution Strategy on Product Delivery for TABSON Gases and Welding Product in Nigeria as a case study. Specifically the study aims to investigate the challenges in product delivery in order to evaluate shortcomings and exiting issues in development of distribution strategy and their implications for TABSON.

Literature review was considered as a reference to the findings and a two-step claw collection process was conducted between January 2014 and Febrnary 2014, including 10 interview responses coming from key players of the company. All interviews were documented and transcribed and the information was collated into case units, along with any supporting secondary data, such as company magazines, web resources, sales reports, that were made available.

The study disclosed that management of TABSON is battling with managing multiple channels and its resultant channel conflict. The author has recommended that the company should create a distribution strategy depending on what its company is aiming to achieve and involve the right intermediaries that will help in making the goods available to final consumers. Also, it should consider reviewing the policy and considering the intensive distribution policy that will ensures that products are sold in as many as possible outlets. Again, managing its channel conflicts is paramount. The use of Internet may increase the inconvenience of online shopping, by allowing consumers to shop at home.
