Analysis and implementation of IP network video conference

Abstract

This is a study about IP network video conference system which is to provide a new form of real-time information exchange platform, and to build a more convenient and rapid transmission of information channels and services to the user. The conference system consists of four functional modules: conferencing connection, file transfer, chat rooms, and application sharing. This thesis describes the basic concepts of video conferencing systems, software development background and meaning. If discusses the purpose of system development and the realization of the method. The study investigates video encoding / decoding technology, network programming and multi-threading technology, also the system function.
