Tiivistelmä
The aim of the thesis was to identify the motivation and employee satisfaction factors in a small family owned bakery namely Harjun Leipomo. The small-sized company was selected because very little concern has been shown to those companies which have a small number of employees. From the survey result analysis, it is found that, employees in this company are satisfied with the work they have been doing. A large part of the employees are willing to continue and in case if they leave Harjun, they would like to work in a similar field. The employees joined the company because they liked the type of work and have been enjoying it ever. On the other hand, employers are happy to have worked with the workers and are always willing to motivate in a positive way.
