Creative Pc Systems is an IT-company that is located in the region of Ostrobothnia in Finland. The company was established in 1985 and offers all kinds of products and services that are in the IT area. One of the company's own creation is the taxi software Birssi.Net. This taxi software is an important product for the company and its annual revenue.
The aim of this thesis is to build and develop a marketing strategy and marketing plan for Creative Pc Systems taxi software program Birssi.Net. The dissertation is composed of 7 sections; they are introduction, the nature of marketing, marketing strategy, marketing planning, marketing strategy for Birssi.Net, marketing plan for Brissi.Net and conclusion.
In this studying process, the four first sections are composed by theoretical theories of know professor in the marketing world. These theories are implemented in the three last sections to build a marketing strategy and marketing plan for Creative Pc Systems, to enter their taxi program to a new international market. This thesis will give the company the guidelines and steps of how to introduce their product to a specific new foreign market by developing a good marketing strategy and marketing plan.
