Customer loyalty is highly essential to get more customers re-patronized. Potential customers are more likely to believe the previous customers' opinion about the experience with the company. Therefore, companies are trying to build new strategies to gain more loyal customers. Loyal customers are more likely to spread positive word-of-mouth.
This thesis was performed to help Kaavya Kitchen restaurant in Kokkola to design a Customer Loyalty Program. The theoretical framework explains customer satisfaction, customer loyalty and loyalty program. The idea of theoretical background was to give a deep understanding of creating a loyalty program and get important factors related to the program.
A qualitative research was carried out to gather information on Kaaveya Kitchen, customers satisfaction and loyalty. The information gathered was used to recommendations on how to build a successful loyalty program.
