Tiivistelmä
This thesis has been created in cooperation with the Finnish furniture manufacturer ISKU. The topic “Workplace Experience – How it is changing the world of work” has been chosen to make more people aware of this way of working. It deals with the new requirements, such as hybrid work, desk sharing, flexible workplace, and much more, which have become one of the main topics since the Covid pandemic.
The first sections of the thesis focus on the company ISKU, the introduction to the WX-topic as well as other well-known companies. To get an internal insight into the ISKU working environment, a survey was sent out in which everyone could express their individual ideas and suggestions.
After evaluating all the employees’ comments and researching the current trends, a possible concept was created. In which on the one hand there is an open space office, and on the other hand there are separate areas for undisturbed work.
In the end, various ideas and approaches are listed to provide a better overview of the evaluated survey and the research in the individual areas.
