The main objective of this study was to access the effects of inventory control system on organizational performance and also to identify the various inventory control systems within an organization. Data collected was by use of a questionnaire that was deducted by a “drop and pick” method and also email for respondents who were not physically reachable.
To determine whether inventory control system has an effect on organizational performance To identify the importance of an effective inventory control and also to know the different ways on evaluating stocks, also to determine when to place an order when goods are out of stock based on customer specification and demand.
