Tiivistelmä
The thesis interprets a picture of the technology and procedure which can be utilized to the treatment of water and waste water on the elimination of various polluting constituents: solids, organic carbon, nutrients, inorganic salts and irons, and pathogens. It also presents the advanced procedures to deal with the effluents from agricultural and industrial activities and the current desalinating technology.
