Tiivistelmä
Tämän projektityyppisen opinnäytetyön tarkoituksena oli tuottaa perehdytyskansio Loviisan kaupungin nuorisopalveluille. Opinnäytetyön tavoitteena oli kehittää perehdyttämistä Loviisan kaupungin nuorisopalveluissa. Tavoitteena oli myös kehittyä ammattilaisena tuottamaan työelämälähtöisesti käyttöön otettavaa työvälinettä.
Opinnäytetyön toimeksiantaja oli Loviisan kaupungin nuorispalvelut. Loviisan kaupungin nuorisopalveluihin kuuluu nuorisotilatyö, jalkautuva nuorisotyö, erityisnuorisotyö, etsivä nuorisotyö sekä Ohjaamo. Opinnäytetyön tuotos tuli toimeksiantajan käyttöön uusien työntekijöiden perehdyttämisen tueksi.
Työn teoreettinen viitekehys käsitteli nuoruutta ikänä, nuorisotyötä sekä nuorisotyötä ohjaavaa lainsäädäntöä. Myös perehdyttämistä, sen sisältöä sekä ohjaavaa lainsäädäntöä käsiteltiin. Tietoperustan lisäksi tietoa tuotosta varten kerättiin kyselylomakkeilla. Tuotoksesta kerättiin palautetta myös palautekyselyn muodossa, jotta tuotoksesta saatiin mahdollisimman hyvin tarpeisiin ja tavoitteisiin vastaava.
Opinnäytetyön tavoitteiden toteutuminen arvioitiin palautelomakkeen avulla. Palautelomakkeen vastausten perusteella oli onnistuttu laatimaan selkeä, ajankohtainen sekä johdonmukainen perehdytyskansio. Toimeksiantajan mukaan perehdytyskansio vastasi tarpeita, ja se otettiin käyttöön tulevien työntekijöiden perehdyttämistä varten. Opinnäytetyön tekijän taito tuottaa tavoitteellisesti ja työelämälähtöisesti käyttöön otettavaa työvälinettä lisääntyi myös. The purpose of this project type thesis was to develop an orientation folder for the youth services of Loviisa. The objective for this thesis was to develop the orientation of new employees in the youth services of Loviisa. Another objective was to evolve professionally in creating a tool for professional use.
The client for this thesis was the youth services of Loviisa. The youth services consist of youth center work, disembarking youth work, youth work for marginalized youth, outreach youth work and Ohjaamo, a center that offers guidance to young people. The product of this thesis will serve as a supportive tool when giving orientation to new employees.
The theoretic framework of this thesis addressed youth as an age, youth work and the laws regulating youth work in Finland. Orientation, the content of orientation and the laws regulating orientation were also addressed. In addition to the theoretical framework, a survey was conducted to gather more information for the orientation folder. Later, a survey to gather feedback was carried out, so that the end product would correspond to the demand and the objectives.
The fulfillment of the goals of this thesis was assessed based on the feedback survey. According to the survey, the orientation folder was clear, current and logical. Based on what was said by the client, the folder answered the demand and it will be used when a new employee arrives. The maker of this thesis also evolved as a professional in creating a tool for professional use.
Opinnäytetyön toimeksiantaja oli Loviisan kaupungin nuorispalvelut. Loviisan kaupungin nuorisopalveluihin kuuluu nuorisotilatyö, jalkautuva nuorisotyö, erityisnuorisotyö, etsivä nuorisotyö sekä Ohjaamo. Opinnäytetyön tuotos tuli toimeksiantajan käyttöön uusien työntekijöiden perehdyttämisen tueksi.
