Tiivistelmä
The active introduction of technologies and artificial intelligence into logistics processes by the company makes it possible to significantly simplify the work and get several advantages. However, this development is also causing excitement due to possible job cuts.
During the study, based on a deductive approach and a qualitative method, primary and secondary data were obtained. Primary data was collected through an interview with an employee of a logistics company, and secondary data was obtained from various written sources.
The analysis of the data obtained allows to draw the following key conclusions. Firstly, the logistics industry company really applies technology and artificial intelligence in its processes. This allows to automate routine operations and increase work efficiency. Secondly, the simplification of work due to AI can lead to a reduction in the number of jobs, which is one of the main problems that must be considered when introducing new technologies.
