This thesis was made in partnership with Kyydin. Kyydin is a circular economy-based car-sharing company providing an application that operates in the car-sharing industry. Kyydin was established in 2021 without a business plan.
This report has two main objectives: to create a business plan and a fundraising strategy for Kyydin, the case company. The task of the business plan is to help the company present itself to investors. The business plan supported different theoretical findings, whereas the fundraising strategy is there to support the process of fundraising. The fundraising strategy will
be strengthened with the knowledge that will be gathered from interviewing and interacting with business professionals. The result of the thesis involved producing a business plan and fundraising strategy for kyydin, throughout the conducted interviews that emphasizes the importance of strategy, understanding the business model, and effective communication with
investors.
