The organization quality dimension shows the degree of inward processes’ success. To improve quality, the companies need to analyze the current steps of the process flow and improve the issues which can be done more efficiently.
The study was focused on a particular case company. It was a manufacturing organization which provided to customers with components and semi-assemblies. The research has been focused on analyzing of two phases of the product realization process: quality documentation and ways of working with the 5-axis machine. The goal of the thesis was to find ways how the organization quality dimension can be raised.
To achieve the purposes the next research methods have been used: qualitative and quantitative. The data for the analysis has been collected by literature and documents review, interviews, and observation notes.
To build the logical line of the research and to clarify the current state, one example item has been studied in more detail. This product has been made by the 5-axis machine and followed all needed quality inspections with quality documents filled.
In the results, several action points for process improvement have been discovered and suggested.
