There are constantly changes in eating and drinking behaviours all around the world, especially after the pandemic in last 3 years. The Coronavirus pandemic has made consumer pay more attention into what people eat and drink every day. A significant move to the plant-based product after the pandemic due to health and environmental concerns has been recorded regardless of any relations to culture.
This research will be discussed in many points of view with diverse groups of audiences from different communities. There are personal reflections and qualitative insights will be discussed and analysed to understand more the motivations and experiences of everyone having plant-based eating and drinking habits.
There are multiple aspects of this shift that we are going to discuss about in this report, including capture the stories of those who have shifted from animal-based products to plan-based products that have led to the launch new plant-based products from those giant Fast-consuming-good corporation. It will also reveal the motivations, challenges of everyone who has decided and not decided yet convert into plant-based eating and drinking behaviours.
