This research is related to restructuring of SME business. Company A (Kauhajoki, Finlai will be used as a case study company. Company A is manufacturing production lines ma for food industry applications. The purpose of this research was to evaluate strategic approaches on restructuring case study company A business.
The research was implemented by introducing the companies involved in restructuring process. Defining companies business as today. Strategic possibilities on restructuring w introduced and evaluated case by case. Based on this restructuring benefits was discusse Company's value was calculated on different methods. Managing people in restructurini process was studied.
The result of this research was to propose acquisition of company A shares and to restructure business with company B.
