Tiivistelmä
In this experiment, the MPT atomic emission spextrometry combined with the wet digestion was applied to determine the copper in tea and the standard samples of tea leaves were verified.
The experiment used for the digestion of samples adopts wet digestion, which is simply operational, has less environmental pollution and short time.
After a series of experiments, the following results were got:
The examination of various experiment parameters of MPT with standard stock solution of copper prior to the determination of tea samples confirmed the optimum experiment condition for the determination of trace copper and the effects on coexisting ions and the medium acid were investigated, through which the more reasonable determination conditions are found.
Samples determination was conductedy by usmg standard curve method. Use conventional method for the determination of trace copper content in tea, the relative standard deviation is 0.26%, the precision of determination results is good.
After the completion of the sample determination, from the determined results by the standard addition recovery test, the recovery rate of conventional digestion for copper in samples was between 99.0-101.5%, indicating that the accuracy of determination results of the conventional digestion method is high.
