Tiivistelmä
Opinnäytetyön tarkoituksena on tuottaa opas kotihoidon etäpalvelun ohjauksesta LAB-ammattikorkeakoulun sairaanhoitajaopiskelijoille. Opinnäytetyön tavoitteena oli lisäksi lisätä ja vahvistaa sairaanhoitajanopiskelijoiden hoitotyön taitoja kotihoidon etäpalvelun ohjauksesta. Oppaan tavoitteena oli lisätä sairaanhoitajaopiskelijoiden tietoutta etäpalvelun ohjauksesta kotihoidossa.
Opinnäytetyömme koostuu kahdesta osasta eli opinnäytetyöraportista ja oppaasta. Opinnäytetyössä esitellään ensin etäpalvelun käsitettä ja etäpalvelun yleistymiseen liittyviä tilastoja ja tutkimuksia. Lisäksi kuvataan etäpalvelun eri teknologioita. Ohjausosaamiseen liittyen tehdään katsaus itse käsitteeseen sekä siihen, kuinka ohjausosaamista toteutetaan etäpalveluissa.
Opinnäytetyön liitteenä on opas, jossa kerrotaan käytännön esimerkein, kuinka asiakkaan ohjaus toimii etäpalveluna, kuinka teknologiaa käytetään ja kuinka sairaanhoitajan tulee valmistautua etäpalveluistuntoon.
Opinnäytetyöhön sisältyy palautekysely, jossa sairaanhoitajaopiskelijat arvioivat opasta. Arvioinnin tulokset on otettu huomioon oppaan tekemisessä. Opinnäytetyömme tehtiin toiminnallisen opinnäytetyön mukaisesti. The purpose of this thesis was to examine the use of videocall as a part of home-care service provision and to produce a written guide for nursing students at LAB-University of Applied Sciences. In addition, the aim of the thesis was to increase and strengthen nursing students nursing skills on the guidance of remote home care services. The aim of the guide was to increase nursing students knowledge of remote service guidance in home care.
Our thesis consists of two parts: a thesis report and a written guide. The thesis first introduces the concept of remote service, as well statistics and studies related to the spread of remote service. In addition, various technologies of remote service are described. In relation to guidance competence, a review is made of the concept itself and how guidance competence is implemented in remote services.
Attached to the thesis is a guide, which explains, with practical examples, how client guidance works as a remote service, how technology is used and how a nurse should prepare for a remote service session.
The thesis includes a feedback survey in which nursing students evaluate the written guide. The results of the evaluation have been taken into account in the preparation of the written guide. Our thesis was done according to the functional thesis.
