Digital marketing tactics are necessary for businesses to succeed and stay competitive in the digital age. This thesis looks at the digital marketing campaigns that Kotipizza, a well-known pizza company in Finland, has been running to increase brand awareness, engage consumers, and boost sales.
Kotipizza actively uses social media sites like Facebook, Twitter, and Instagram as one of its main digital marketing plans. Kotipizza has created a devoted online community that promotes the company image and retention of clients through dynamic campaigns, interesting content, and prompt customer service.
