Tiivistelmä
This paper examines the optimization of team collaboration and enhancement of cross-border communication within the Hitachi Energy Nordic Cluster (Finland, Sweden, and Denmark). The study focused on identifying, evaluating, and implementing tools, methodologies, and processes to mitigate tendering process related challenges.
This research is grounded in a theoretical framework that includes digitalization, project management, Multicriteria Decision Making (MCDM), virtual teams communication, and data-driven decision-making. Supported by survey within frameworks of Project management, Communication, and Prioritization, to identify gaps in interdepartmental communications and propose empirical solution.
The final solution proposed the updated the development process with a focus on prioritized streamlined workflows, and enhancement of communication transparency through the by the support of the tailor-made application & communication architectures.
This research enhances project management efficiency and supports the Hitachi Energy Nordic Cluster's role in accelerating the sustainable energy transition in the Nordic market.
