Abstract
Global supply chains have dealt with multiple disruptions and shortages due to the crises that occurred in 2020-2024, notably the COVID-19 pandemic, Russia- Ukraine war, and inflation.
The purpose of this thesis is to examine how these crises impacted the companies’ supply chain and what strategies firms implemented to reduce the impact of these crises.
This thesis utilizes qualitative method and deductive approach. Semi-structured interviews were conducted with three Moroccan companies and used as primary data for this thesis.
Overall, this research contributes to a deeper understanding by examining the actions taken by firms to face these disruptions, this research offers valuable insights that can benefit future strategies to manage supply chain risks.
