Generation Z is the next generation to enter the workforce. Therefore, it is very important to understand their way of thinking, to facilitate their cooperation with other generations. The purpose of this research is to find out whether Generation Z prefers to start an own company or to work for someone else after university.
With the help of this research, it will be revealed what kind of expectations they have and what motivates them, how to get them to stay in working life and what can influence their choice of job. This research also examines other generations because it is good to understand their differences in order to understand why members of different generations act differently in similar situations.
The research is quantitative based on a Google Forms survey and on various studies, e-books, and articles and it focuses on Generation Z and aims to find solutions to the research questions. The purpose of the research is to bring Generation Z closer to people, to find out what they are like and what kind of expectations they have from the work relationship, and the aim is to find solutions to the research questions. The survey had multiple choice questions and one open question. 20 students from Lab University of Applied Sciences participated in this survey.
