The thesis was reported with the purpose of determining the level of customer satisfaction in UnihomeHotels. It was done to aid in improving the level of customer’s loyalty and attract new customers to the Hotel.
The study uses the seven principles of marketing to conduct a thorough analysis of customer satisfaction levels.
In order to obtain the desired level of customer satisfaction at the UnihomeHotel, data for the study was gathered using a method based on qualitative research. An online and paper survey questionnaire were used to gather these data. After the data was examined, it became apparent that the UnihomeHotel's customer satisfaction rate is typically high.
Though there is a few minor negative perceptions, these can simply be remedied in the future.
