KotiCharge Oy was founded to address the increasing demand for a convenient, efficient charging solution in the middle of the rapid growth of the EV business. The KotiCharge mobile backend application was designed and implemented with the goal is to help users easily interact with chargers, and act as a gateway, connecting customers to the KotiCharge system.
The thesis concluded after successfully deploying the KotiCharge mobile backend to production, showcasing its robust performance, ability to scale vertically and horizontally, and following the microservices approach.
