This thesis outlines the psychological concepts that should be applied and enhanced while developing products in order to comprehend the function of the user interface in software development. Thus, it emphasizes the significance of customer experience and makes recommendations to enhance corporate processes.
The research employed two models: towers for product management and issue resolution. Furthermore, they outline the steps that must be taken from the ideation phase to the delivery of the product to its customers.
The first step in the process was to define terms like conviviality, Consumer journey map, Ease of Access, and user profiles. The following examples were then used to reinforce the aforementioned affirmations to encourage and assist users in using the product while also improving the viability of the perspective. The primary goal of the thesis is to track the development of a website called K-Burrito. This section describes and illustrates each step, as well as advice for using the appropriate strategy in each situation.
