Abstract

The objective of thesis was to develop a system which will help to streamlining their sub process of finding substitute teachers for schools. The aim of the thesis was to develop a platform where schools can publish their vacancies with their specific requirements for those positions and receive applications. School can also get the insight about the vacancy advertisements and also individuals who want to work as substitute teachers can see the vacant positions and get the up-date from the ad publisher digitally without the involvement of any third party agency and also without any manual or paper work.

The system was developed with JavaScript and typescript with MERN Stack (Mongo Database, Express, React, Node Js). React was used for front end and Node Js with Express framework was used for backend and Mongo Database used for storing data for managing records as Database as No SQL database.

The thesis was done for Softigo Ab, to work and contribute to development and improvement of their system and add new features and improvements in the different schemas related to data. During the thesis work successfully submitted features for review and approval to lead and contribute to the improvement of data management for system.
