The study is related to value management and implementation of values in a corporation. The company is expanding abroad and the value implementation process needs to be examined in foreign cultures. The purpose of the study was to investigate to what extent the adaptation of the values can be possible among foreign cultures and how the rapid growth of the company would affect the value implementation.
The process of value implementation within an organization is examined in the research. The study focuses on the personnel of the company; investigating the level of value adaptation and the possibility to implement the values among different nationalities. The study is a qualitative research that is conducted in two parts. The material for the study is collected by structured and theme interviews.
The result of the study indicates that the implementation of values to different cultures is possible although the implementation process will not be effortless or fast. The process for the implementation will take time and requires a good plan from the company on how to proceed. All the different modes of operations and departments are required to be taken into value implementation process. With a good plan and persistent work the aim can be achieved.
