Nowadays, organisations focus on Lean Philosophy is a necessary set of principles that. The main principles include continuous improvement, customer orientation, and waste reduction, leading to a better performance and increased efficiency within an organisation. This thesis aims at assessing the current needs of Carelia Grill through a case study analysis. It examines how Lean philosophy can be implemented to improve the flow of the Carelia Grill distribution center in relation to the key issues affecting the company. This work seeks to analyze specific areas of Carelia Grill9s distribution system and offer suggestions for making the system more efficient, with the goal of achieving improved performance and faster response times. The results of this thesis suggest applying Kanban system including kanban board, kanban cards, 5S methodology with cleaning station and floor markings. The proposal of this thesis is a detailed plan of utilisation of Lean tools and techniques that are more suitable in the context of the request by Carelia Grill.
