Businesses throughout the world are trying to get into the online marketplace known as e-commerce as technology develops and the number of people using smartphones increases. Service sectors are already trying to draw customers via these platforms since consumers are more engaged with smartphone Technologies.
An overview of consumer behavior and views about the use of smartphone-based delivery service apps in Bangladesh is intended to be given in this article. Finding the factors impacting Bangladeshi clients' adoption of smartphone-based delivery service apps is the main objective of this research. Consequently, an online survey was conducted using a structured questionnaire.
Based on the findings of the survey analysis, the study's respondents are mostly students, and they express great satisfaction with the services provided by mobile delivery applications. They tend to use these apps to order food or other items to be delivered right to their houses. Additionally, most respondents agreed that these app-based delivery services safeguard users' personal information, provide high-quality services, are easy to use, and are handy in terms of both time and location. The majority of users are satisfied with the delivery service provided by these apps and want to keep using them in the future.
