The aim of this study was Procurement ERP implementation for project execution phase. The study examined the theoretical frameworks of project management, procurement management, ERP, or related topics. In this study qualitative research methods are applied. They include mainly testing of Procurement ERP software in the test mode and interviews with the target company's personnel. The purpose of the study was to answer the research question: Can the new ERP software increase the efficiency of managing the procurement process in a typical EPC project?
According to the requirements for the new program by personal and conducting testing its capabilities to meet these requirements, the conclusions based on the analysis of the results were presented.
Based on the results of this study, recommendations to the target company were made.
