Tiivistelmä
The purpose of thesis work at Metso Metals was to create an updated document hierarchy for QEHS documentation at worksites, making relevant information easily accessible to employees. Other objectives included studying the importance of QEHS management at worksites, assessing current documentation, and supporting the Metso Metals QEHS management team with updates.
The scope of the project covered all Metso Metals worksites globally, with specific location-based information from Finland, where the company headquarters are located.
Along with creating the new, updated hierarchy, the project also involved organizing existing QEHS documentation to align with the updated hierarchy structure. This initiative reflects Metso Metal’s dedication to continuously improving QEHS management practices.
