The thesis aimed to develop a business plan for a nomadic digital marketing agency. The purpose of the practice-based thesis was to promote the creation of the author’s own business, combining remote work with a nomadic lifestyle and offering creative marketing services to small businesses and entrepreneurs.
The business plan was created by studying digital nomad entrepreneurship and business planning and by conducting a visit to business counseling. The thesis studied digital nomadism as a wide term and examined the basics of business planning including how to create and structure a business plan.
The implemented business plan details the business idea, describes the services, analyses the market and competition, sets goals, evaluates risks, and calculates finances. The resulting business plan provides a clear and realistic foundation for launching the business. The plan supports the entrepreneur’s aspirations to operate a remote business while traveling.
