The purpose of the Get Excited About Phenomena coaching program is to foster the creation of phenomenon-based activities and the dynamics within multidisciplinary actor networks. This coaching package equips individuals with tools for effective collaboration in diverse and multifaceted networks. It focuses on addressing phenomena relevant to one’s professional sphere and enhances skills in network coordination, development, and leadership.
A key role of a community developer is to facilitate a common understanding among professionals engaged with a particular phenomenon, thereby crafting efficient, client-focused services. This work is supported by creative, participatory methods and the professionals’ own expertise. Phenomenology-based co-development involves clients, professionals, stakeholders, and policymakers. Such co-development networks bring together various actors based on the specific phenomenon and target group, with the aim of boosting inclusivity, equity, and overall well-being. The outcomes include timely, personalised, and people-centric services and cost savings. Additionally, the coaching seeks to inspire the generation of new, potential phenomenon-based project ideas.
